Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited on LiquidTCG (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time.

By using the Service, you agree not to misuse it. We may investigate violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct we believe violates this AUP or the law.

Prohibited activities

You may not use the Service to:

  • violate any law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others (including intellectual-property, privacy, and publicity rights);
  • engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation, including buying or selling stolen, counterfeit, or misrepresented goods;
  • upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, including denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, or circumventing rate limits or usage limits;
  • scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service except through documented APIs and within their limits;
  • submit another person's personal information without authorization, or submit special categories of sensitive data;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages, or harass, threaten, or abuse others; or
  • use the Service to build a competing product, or to probe, scan, or test its vulnerabilities without our written permission.

Enforcement

Violations may result in warning, suspension, or termination of your account, removal of content, and, where appropriate, notification to law enforcement.
