Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-14
TERROR LLC ("LiquidTCG", "we", "us", or "our") operates the LiquidTCG buylist platform at liquidtcg.co (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
By using the Service you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Who this policy covers
The Service is used by two kinds of people:
- Store operators — businesses (and their staff) who sign up for a LiquidTCG account to run a buylist.
- Sellers / customers — individuals who submit cards to a store through that store's hosted buylist page.
When a seller submits information to a store, the store is the controller of that information and decides how it is used; LiquidTCG acts as a service provider / processor that stores and processes the data on the store's behalf. For store-account information, LiquidTCG is the controller.
Information we collect
Store account information. Name, email address, and authentication details of store operators and staff; store profile (name, branding, configuration); and billing details processed by our payment provider.
Seller submission information. When a seller submits a buylist order, we collect the information they provide — typically name, email address, the list of cards offered, payout preference, optional notes, and, if they choose to ship, a shipping address.
Information collected automatically. Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage events needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service. See our Cookie Policy for details on cookies.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (such as government IDs, health, or biometric data), and we ask that you not submit them through the Service.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- create and manage accounts and authenticate users;
- enable stores to receive, price, and respond to buylist submissions;
- send transactional messages (order confirmations, offers, account and security notices);
- process subscription billing;
- monitor, secure, debug, and improve the Service; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How information is shared
We share personal information only as needed to run the Service:
- With the relevant store. Seller submission data is made available to the store the seller chose to submit to.
- With service providers (subprocessors). We use vetted third parties to host the application, store data, process payments, and send email. See our current list of subprocessors.
- For legal reasons. To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and property of LiquidTCG, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers; card data is handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes (such as recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and enforcing agreements). Stores may delete submission data from their workspace, and sellers may request deletion as described below. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:
- know / access the personal information we hold about you;
- delete your personal information;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share); and
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise these rights, submit a request at /data-request or email privacy@liquidtcg.co. We will verify your request before acting on it. If your information was submitted to a specific store, we may direct or forward your request to that store as the controller of that data. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact privacy@liquidtcg.co and we will delete it.
Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Where we operate
The Service is operated from the United States and intended for users in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required.
